How to use:
Cold mask:
- Put the eye mask in the freezer or the fridge for at least 2 hours or until it reaches the desired temperature.
- Take the mask out and immediately place it cloth-side on your face. When the mask feels warm, turn it PVC-side in. Make sure that the temperature is right before putting it on your face.
Hot mask:
- Microwave it for 10 seconds having made sure that the mask is evenly distributed.
- Check that the temperature is right after taking it out. If the mask is not warm enough, microwave it for another 5 seconds or until the desired temperature is reached. Before microwaving again, please make sure that the edges of the mask are not too hot. If they are, please squeeze the mask until the temperature evens out, then turn it 180° and heat it again.
