Correct brushing:
Slowly and gently move the brush head along the teeth in a back-and-forth motion, allowing the bristle to get to the interdental surfaces.
Do not brush the teeth the same way you did while using the manual toothbrush.
In order to increase the effectivity of brushing, gently apply the toothbrush to the teeth, allowing it to brush them for you.
It is recommended to brush not only your teeth, but gums as well. The suggested order of toothbrushing is: the outer surface, the inner surface and finally the chewing surface.
